There is so much land unused right now. Empty buildings and homes. There is something terribly sad about that, the way people have a need to claim 100% of something, to only use 50%, and use it 50% of their time… at a generous amount.

The person sitting next to me at work sneezes so loudly that my right ear started ringing and I got a headache last time. Now when she takes a deep breath or clears her throat, I drop what I’m doing and prepare for the carnage. This is no way to work.
